1. How is The Confidence Club delivered?
All sessions are live on Zoom in a small group of 6–8 women. You’ll meet weekly for 60 minutes over four weeks. Replays are available if you miss a session.
2. Who is this programme best suited for?
The Confidence Club is designed for professional women in midlife who already perform at a high level but want their confidence to feel lighter, steadier and more natural again.
3. What makes this different from other confidence courses?

4. How much access will I have to you?
You’ll work directly with me in each live session. The group is intentionally small, so everyone gets personalised coaching and time to speak.

You’ll have access to the replay and workbook so you can catch up easily and stay on track.
6. What if it’s not right for me?
If you complete the full programme and don’t feel a real improvement in your confidence, I’ll refund you in full.
