Hello
I'm Steph.

I'm 50, thriving in midlife.

I am an Executive Coach working with leaders in their work and privately on their unique version of High Performance, powered by confidence.

I had a 20 year career in Data Science, leading in commercial and Chief of Staff roles. Lucky enough to live and work all over the world launching businesses and expanding services.

All was going brilliantly. Until, all of a sudden, it wasn't.
Burning out, falling out of love with my career, losing my confidence and losing a battle with an increasingly unhealthy lifestyle. Life hadn't exactly turned out the way I had hoped.

Don't worry, this story has a happy ending.
With the help of brilliant coaching I rebuilt my confidence and rebuilt my life, career and wellness. Launching my own business as an Executive Coach to do work I truly love, and am good at. Plus being able to design how and with whom I want to work.

I rebuilt my wellness, going from high cholesterol to high vibes completing a half-ironwoman triathlon and running two marathons in two weeks.

And I rebuilt my life; finding meaning and happiness as a childfree women at 50. Feeling peace and joy by balancing my work with family, friends and travel.

It's possible to change your life.
Executive Coaching is me at my best
To bounce back from burnout I knew I needed to focus on something that I was passionate about; being good at my job was no longer enough. As my love for my first career faded, my interest in coaching got stronger. I became more interested in people rather than process.

Plus, after years of running operations for start ups and giving my all for others, I knew it was time to start something up for myself and be my own boss.
Coaching allows me to marry my natural skills of empathy to my commercial instincts to partner clients to know themselves more deeply and also to make meaningful change happen.

I can confidently coach clients on creating change as I have done the work on creating change for myself.

I've held regional and divisional leadership roles in my first career.
I've sat on both sides of the desk as both a coach and a leader. I've done the big jobs like Commercial Director, Operations Director and Chief of Staff of Divisions and Regions. I get what it's like for my clients because I've experienced it for myself and felt the highs and lows. I've journeyed across the full spectrum from start up to scale up and maturity in global matrix organisations. I've also done the sad, difficult work of downsizing and navigated redundancy.

Some of my career highlights:

• Established UK business operations of media, analytics and technology maturing start up managing P&L of £40m revenue, £10m overheads growing from 60 to 100 employees

• Directed operations of international consultancy business unit with £25m
