Leadership Development Expert. Strategic partner to Senior Leaders, High-Potential Talent, Teams and Organisations transforming the way they think, behave and perform. I provide Executive Coaching, Consultancy and workshop design and facilitation that futureproofs leadership and culture to be more inclusive and entrepreneurial. My work spans from start up to scale up to matrix multinationals in retail, CPG, tech, finance and public sector including Mars Petcare, Swiss Re, dunnhumby and Movemeon. businesses across the world in Commercial and Chief of Staff roles. I inspire clients to embrace new processes and behaviours by sharing the best from my work, learning and network.
After 20-years in Data Science Commercial and Operational Leadership roles I pivoted my career to follow my passion of developing talent and driving clients to be at their best, more of the time. I bring the best of my experience, network and learning for the benefit of my clients.

CPCC Certified, 500+ hours coaching, author and speaker.
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential-holders are trained (60+ hours) and experienced (100+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and emerging proficiency in the application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching.
Co-active coaches can skilfully coach any person on any topic, navigate conflict, design responses and recover from triggered states. They understand their impact on others and create conversations that deepen intimacy and trust.
